Remember: at Flim Fest there are no fees to enter the festival. Our only guidelines are that we try to gear all material to be somewhere near an “R” rating or lower. Length can also be a factor in our festival- as we only have five hours to show materials. Ten minutes is our suggest max run time, but (like all of our rules) we’re willing to bend it. We also encourage people to submit as many pieces as possible.
